It is not hiding child, it is not deflection. Not at all times does one need to work within oneself.

Today take a break. Pause. Breath. Focus on the needs of another. For they today need your energy more than your own human.

Your pause will lift another as in turn your soul rises above humans ego. Tomorrow what today seemed insurmountable will no longer present the same challenge.

Today pause child. Prioritise another.

Its just not all about you 😘

You are born to a being that has free will.

Your soul and spirit strong indeed, yet controlled by the free will of the human housing it.

A lesson for us all, is when to ask for guidance, help and healing. For child we cannot help until you allow us.

In this moment use your energy and take the step towards self healing. In any capacity, for now any capacity.

If choosing guidance and help from Angels, Divine…deceased loves ones or your spirit guides….Then child…ask.

Give us permission to ease you.

After this step, stand firm. For your human will throw up all manner of things to get you retracting that offer.

Child the pain, the discomfort, the angst….whatever has you wishing to cling on to yesterday….will in fact only be eased by walking into the next horizon.

Child we walk with you. Angels are plentiful, breathe and trust.

We circle you as you choose the steps forward.

These steps may reoccur many moments during a day. They may need repeating constantly for a while…

And that’s just fine child. All will be fine.

We know you have questions about why these things occur…why me…how can there be a God..how can Angels even allow this…

That is a stumbling block of thought intending to hold you in place. In place isn’t healing you. It’s hurting you.

Your answers exist, there are those walking here who communicate our message. And you’ll find your answers in many ways over time.

For now….imagine us. Close you eyes, and see a ring of light encircling your entire body. Now feel immense love, safety and courage.

Now..walk towards our horizon.
