Sunday Invitation

Dear Sweet Friends, 🤍✨

You cannot continually abandon yourself and call it love.

How often do you give the very best of yourself to everyone around you, yet leave so very little for yourself?

Your time. Your patience. Your compassion. Your forgiveness. Your energy.

And when the world finally becomes quiet, do you offer yourself that same love?

Or do you immediately begin thinking of everything you haven’t done, everything you should be doing, and everyone who might need you?

Today, I am asking you to STOP.

Not because you have earned a rest.

Not because you have completed every task.

But because you are worthy of your own love, care and attention simply because you exist.

And I want to offer you something this Sunday.

A little moment of stillness, and an invitation to connect with me and my team in spirit. 🕊️

✨ YOUR SUNDAY CONNECTION ✨

Firstly, I invite you to LIKE this post, SHARE it with another soul who may need its message, and COMMENT with a 🤍.

By doing so, you are expressing your invitation and permission for me and my team in spirit to work with you in love, with the intention of spiritual protection and your highest good.

Now, find somewhere comfortable.

Allow your body to sink into the surface beneath you.

Unclench your jaw. Relax your shoulders. Let your hands become heavy.

Gently allow your eyelashes to close.

And breathe with me.

Breathe in to the count of one… and two.

And breathe out to the count of one… and two.

Again.

In… one… and two.

Out… one… and two.

Now, very gently, hold me in your thoughts.

You do not need to imagine my face or search for me.

Simply think of me, Zowie, and invite me and my team in spirit to draw close.

Then become still.

You may notice warmth, a cool sensation, tingling, a feeling of heaviness or lightness.

Perhaps a colour, a memory, an unexpected thought or a sense of peace.

Or perhaps you notice nothing unusual at all. That is perfectly okay.

Do not force an experience. Simply allow yourself to receive this moment of quiet.

And while you are here, I want you to ask yourself something.

What part of me has been waiting for my own love and attention?

Listen gently.

Perhaps there is something you need to forgive yourself for.

Perhaps a boundary you need to establish.

Perhaps you simply need permission to stop carrying so much.

Whatever comes, meet it with kindness.

Because, Sweet Friends, spiritual growth is not always about reaching further into the universe.

Sometimes it begins when we finally turn towards ourselves.

You deserve the same tenderness you offer the world.

When you are ready, take one beautiful breath, feel the surface beneath you, and gently open your eyes.

IMAGINE WHAT IS POSSIBLE WHEN YOU SIMPLY ALLOW YOURSELF TO CONNECT…

Today, for our 10:10 experience, I invited you to do something so beautifully simple.

To pause. To breathe. To hold me in your thoughts. To allow yourself to feel.

And look what happened. ✨

This beautiful soul responded to my invitation and began experiencing images, sensations and impressions.

A little wooden cottage surrounded by greenery. A peaceful family gathering. Birds. A black crow. Four hands lovingly clasped together, one wearing a beautiful ring.

All of this from simply holding me in her thoughts.

Dear Sweet Friends,

Today, 10/10, I am inviting you to experience something rather special.

Not simply to read about spirit. Not simply to believe in something you cannot see.

But to explore what you may actually FEEL.

For those of you who have followed me for some time, you will know that I work with all of my spiritual senses. One of these is clairsentience — the ability to sense and feel energy, emotions and impressions beyond our ordinary physical awareness.

And today, I would love you to explore your own sensitivity.

✨ THE 10:10 CONNECTION ✨

First, I invite you to LIKE, COMMENT and SHARE this post.

For my spiritual practice, I treat your interaction as an invitation and permission to connect with you, while setting an intention of love and spiritual protection.

Now, find somewhere peaceful.

Allow your body to sink into the surface beneath you.

Gently bat those beautiful lashes shut.

Breathe in to the count of one and two…

And breathe out to the count of one and two…

Again.

Allow your shoulders to soften, your thoughts to quieten and your awareness to settle.

Now, hold ME in your thoughts.

You do not need to know what I look like.

You do not need to visualise my face.

Simply think of me.

And invite yourself to become aware of anything you notice as you sit with that thought.

Perhaps a warmth, a tingling, a sudden emotion, an image, a colour or an unexpected thought.

Perhaps nothing at all.

There is no right or wrong way to experience this.

I will be holding a loving intention for everyone joining me in this experience, alongside my spiritual team.

I don’t want you to tell me what you think you should experience.

I want you to tell me what you ACTUALLY experience.

Even if it seems strange, insignificant or makes absolutely no sense.
