This delightful picture I took as dawn broke, indeed my mind full of tangled thoughts and I flitted from one to another.
In the cool, fresh still of the breaking day…I was able to still my mine. Quiet the ego, and find delight in mother nature. And then…I heard clearly…all that truly matters is accepting your moment. And this moment was pretty damn fine.
Happy day of rest, I wish you acceptance of all that just is.

This world is full of experiences layered upon layer. Some experiences are specifically yours, your actions and reactions creating your experience with subsequent impacts and choices. Layers of multiple lessons. Here will be aspects of the experience you can control, for that is part of your souls growth for this lifetime. How you act, react, feel, and then come out of the experience…is intended for you walk in this lifetime. Pleasant or unpleasant there is elements here in which you control.
Yet child you cannot control all and every experience which occurs on this planet. Like a domino waiting patiently in its chain…..there is always the chance that you will feel the impact from a domino being triggered miles and miles away….an unknown domino. Or it may be a domino twice removed 😉 What do we mean….you can and likely will be struck/impacted by other Dominoes falling, the fall signifying the triggering of an experience. This could be outside your known, or within various circles of your known. You may be facing the right way….see the toppling and brace yourself. Your domino stays upright.
Some experiences are meant for us directly, we are the first domino. Some experiences…we are the 2nd domino – the experience is a shared lesson….10th domino…so on and so forth.
Today child there is a palpable energy in our atmosphere. Today’s loving guidance coming from Angels who are joined by a collective of highly evolved spirit guides. For reference imagine Archangels…you’ll get the gist.
This energy is a little cloying, making you feel off. Odd – for yesterday, this week….yes there’s been challenge’s but you’ve been fine. Today, not so. Feel a little odd.
Almost as if the wind has changed. Hahahahha….when I was a little girl and caught pulling faces, my Mum would always say ‘if the wind changes your face will stay like that’, to which I would promptly smile or certainly alter my scowl. Seems she was right….
For over night the wind likely did change direction…but so did the moon phase.
As always, the lunar dark moon, and its subsequent new moon phase, are times of lower energy or low tide. It provides us with an opportunity to be quiet and still, as one lunar cycle ends, and the next one begins. It can make us reflective, contemplative….and it takes very little for your humans ego to take advantage.
Sweet Darlings the moon controls the tide, it surely affects the energy and atmosphere around our lovely Earth. And as Dominoes we stand in line….
And so, it is no surprise that you wake today feeling a little off. The head heavy, maybe breathing through the nose not as easy or natural, a lethargy and tiredness making positive thoughts and optimism a little challenging. Then ego goes on a search. Something bad is going to happen….or a fear which has been still for a day or two, is whipped out of egos goody bag…ta da!
If it can’t seek one of its own…it may borrow one, or two or three…
Child you cannot control all and every experience which occurs on this planet
Taking that experience/occurence and its impact inside as if its yours… Child, this indeed you can control.
Do not replicate inside all that occurs on the outside as if its yours…much isn’t.
What do I mean…ok. A simple example. You watch a film, you’re hooked. He is amazing…what a man. He loses his battle to survive…his family, his children, his friends and colleagues….distraught. The funeral, his young daughter stands and speaks her poem…the tears flow on the screen and off. You are hooked, involved emotionally and physically. The tears fall and you feel it as if its yours….all yours.
It’s not. They are actors, it’s a film. It’s done its job, in entertaining you 😶😯
Now you have choice, for that emotion you felt was real to your human. It reacted with tears. Your energy around you like a compass has been set by the film you watched and the reaction you had.
Now you must see clearly the mood, feelings you are now experiencing and the energy that now surrounds you. If not careful this energy will impact something real. Something that does matter.
The examples I could give are endless…its for you to see how your matrix is operating right now. What your ego is pulling out of its bag of tricks – Ta Dah.
Yes the change in the atmosphere is real and palpable. But we are blessed to have been told, so now you have choice. Your domino now in first position….what will you do?
We cannot always control the outside. We can always control the inside.
I am humbled you have arrived again to read souls guidance, in these moments you should feel the energy around you still and quiet. The humans ego steps back, recedes and your soul leads…listens and hears.
It is likely as you read today you find it easier than at the beginning of the week….each day barriers being broken down…humans ego and soul working together with the mind, heart, emotions and feelings to gain the very essence of each piece of guidance channeled. To absorb it, to think it through, to feel it…..and then make choices what to do with it.
Yes what to do with it. Uh huh…what to do with it. You have to do something with it.
It is Friday and there is trail and connection between each daily reading for souls guidance that has flowed this week. It builds in layers…Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays all working with todays words.
Today the connection of this week will see that you are moving into a time of greater inner peace and tranquility.
Peace of mind means feeling secure, and knowing that you’re always provided for.
Even if your logical mind cannot fathom how a challenge could be resolved, peace of mind means that you trust the Universe will create a miraculous solution.
This sort of faith is always warranted because faith is a key component in experiencing such miracles.
By seeing this card, this post today, Angels reassure you that peace of mind is within you. You can feel serene, even in the midst of great turmoil.
It’s a mistake to think that you have to wait until your life is problem free before you can be happy and peaceful. Serene.
The opposite is actually true.
First, you work toward serenity, and then your life challenges lessen and disappear.
Serenity is your natural state of mind, and your Angels and team in spirit are now working with you to actualize this, to constantly reset and restore.
Our humans ego sees serenity its nemesis, its arch rival. Ego loads its machine gun with bullets of fear, anxiety, worry, loss, sadness, anger…..and it sprays those bullets throughout your day with no warning.
Child we are given the greatest shield which deflects every bullet, yet as we hunch down accepted the impacts from this rapid fire…we forget. We hunker down. We hide. We take all that ego wished to give.
Angels hold out their hand to you, they hold your shield. You simply need to see them, reach out and take the shield.
You have free will. So Angels will not, cannot over ride your humans will which is yours and yours alone. They will never walk away as you hunker down sitting with egos unkind and hurtful rapid fire…they will sit with you. All the while imploring you to reach out and ask for them to shield you.
Today I am asked to remind you that they can help you, they have a shield waiting for each and every one of you. That these shields are limitless in quantity and times to be used.
If you have read this far then I imagine you will also read how to gain access to this shield.
Simply this. You must train your humans mind to become aware, as soon as possible, that your ego is using your thoughts….for no good. This takes time.
With practise you will never get worse. At anything you do.
When you come to the realisation in a moment that your ego has unleashed rapid fire, warfare on you….’look at the state of that in the mirror’, ‘ahhh…I can’t do that, its alright for them, they have always been better than me’, ‘yeah you might be alright today..what about tomorrow…you’ll be the first to lose your job…always happens to you’, ‘its what you deserve’, ‘if only I looked different, yes life would be so much easier’….I’m sure you could add your own frequently used sentences here.
I could continue, but Yuk!! I feel quite tainted writing such awfulness. Yet we allow our ego to fill our minds with similar thoughts multiple times a day.
How very unkind we can be to ourselves.
Practise seeing this.
Practise realising when you are under your egos gunfire.
Practise seeing the gun before its fired.
Practise seeing the subtle signs as the gun is reached for….
Practise never placing the gun in your egos hands….
You must train your humans mind to see as soon as possible that your ego is seeking, gaining control of your thoughts. That it is reaching for the gun…its pointing….its firing……
Great Zowie, thanks for this today…you and your team in spirit have me diving behind the sofa reaching for cover…when I simply made my coffee and sat down looking forward to reading your loving lightfilled post today.

Well we can’t save you, if you don’t see what you need saving from.
And so we come back to your Angels, and the shield they hold for you.
You must ask for it. You must see when you need it….the earlier the better. You can ask and use it unlimited times.
It will work everytime. I use this….as soon as I realise that my mind is under attack.
When realization hits. Stop what you are doing. Physically, mentally, emotionally.
Take a breath. I close my eyes. You don’t have to…but it helps with bringing your whole self mindfully into the moment.
Breath in through the nose for the count of 2, and out through the mouth to the count of 2.
Feel the calm.
Then behind your eyes….call them.
‘Dear Angels in love and light please assist me. Please remove (enter your own words) from my thoughts. Take them away, shield me, and in love return them to me healed for my souls highest and greatest good. In love I thankyou’
Now….don’t worry if you cannot recite word for word…I know there will be many like my human who likes a nice little rule, a bit of black and white…if you wish to use your own words then please do. Ask for it to be taken away and return healed.
Now…..Do not try and control.
Do not enter into…if you do this, I’ll do that. ‘…I’d like a signed contract that you heard me – appear on the table, arriving by cherub train within the hour.!’ Or how you wish it healed….’Take my money worries away/Bentley to arrive by midnight’… xxxxx 😉
Simply ask for it to be taken away, returned, healed for your greatest and highest good in love and light.
This is not a task for material gain, nor a weapon to others.
This is a task, a way to harness loving Divine to protect you from Egos disruption, harm and hurt, while your soul leads you on the path your spirit self chose for this humans walk.

Her is yet another evidence slide to show you how I work. Take a read if intrigued…if not, no worries more will find you when you most need it.
At the beginning of her session yesterday I had described the physical space around her, and I showed you slides yesterday detailing my exact messages from her reading. This gives and allows immediate trust in my abilities and my connection with spirit, and puts any lovely client at ease. As the reading progresses and guidance for things to come are given…things become intangible. You are going to have to trust. So my team in spirit on this occasion gives current physical evidence to reaffirm our abilities. We even give a days delay.
It enables trust when doubt may set in.
My readings cover a lot. I hear my clients say that they refer back to them time and again as more and more unfolds into reality.
I always ask clients to take time with their reading, read it through again when it feels right.
With this lovely soul it was the next day. And at 2.10pm…I received her message.
I found the bruise…..its huge.

I hope you wake from your sleep and travel through the universe of the night, with something new. Something greater, better than when you woke yesterday. If nothing springs to mind, then your humans mind and ego had control of your humans down time.
Sleep time, night time is the closest most humans will come to interaction with spirit…be it humans passed on, guides, angels…and those from alternate universes.

Lets take a step back to our first paragraph…upon waking from your humans downtime, the time the humans physical self is restoring and repairing its cells and tissues from the day previous…everything stills. Quiets, heals….the mind sleeps. Here your soul leads, it reconnects with its whole spirit self…and then in they come. Who they are…well that will depend on each individual entity…and your current human experiences, past and to come.
Some remember a proportion of their experience at night, humans call them dreams. These are mulitfaceted, and a combination of your ego replaying experiences, thoughts, worries, fears, hopes and wishes as dreams. Or they are a comination of your human ego and spirit using your dream to also combine a message, or they are entirely spirit communication. So is there a message in the dreams you can recall, yes. Is it always a profound spiritual communication….no. It doesn’t mean at sometime in your humans slumber that spirit did not come, did not communicate with your soul….its simply your humans mind leads and remembers what it prefers you focus upon.

So…upon waking I hope you are refreshed, rejuvenated, feeling a greater human today than yesterday and can determine why…if nothing springs to mind…take a moment.

Today my guidance comes from a collective of Guardian Angels. They wish to reach out to you. To let you know how much they love you. You all have a Guardian Angel, whose love is complete, unconditional and all-encompassing.
You are not alone. They are so very proud of you. Of the toils you tackle in this human life. There is nothing that you could have ever thought, said, or done that could ostracize you from your Divine helpers. They never judge or abandon you for the mistakes you make. The angels are simply here to support you so that you can spiritually grow and help others.
Every human has the devoted love of another, so now take your moment. In wake, be still.
Close your eyes, and as you connect with me and this post my team in spirit will bring through your Guardian Angel.
You will feel them, around you, the energy palpable. It may simply be that, a shift in the energy around you….or you may feel them as they touch you. A hand to the head, or to the face as it is cupped, or to the lips as a kiss is blown…or the hands as they are held. I have just experienced all of these sensations that your Guardian Angel will use to let you know of their presence.
For today, they come. To remind you that as you wake you are greater than when you woke yesterday. If for no other reason, than the knowing and trusting of this love…this alone will alter your today.
