Tend…take some time upon seeing this sign today to make and take time to tend to you.

It can whatever suits your soul…it may be a walk…or to sit in nature…maybe to cook….or to have your nails done…read a book …or watch a film…

You get the gist.

I will meditate with my team in spirit.

I have been working hard this week to create a new platform of sharing with those who wish to join me.

If you are reading this post via my website you will see the new audio link below. If you’re reading via social media…click on my website the link will be in the bio or on this post itself…

And if you locate today’s blog post or visit the Daily Soul Guidance page you will find the audio file.

It is short…just 7 mins…when you have made Your time to tend and wish to use the piece my guides and I came up with….then please do.

Sit or lay…eyes closed….with headphones preferably…breathe in and out…and allow our peace to tend you. For its free.

Discipline..

IMG_20190306_091948_849

Instead of wrestling with our past or tangling our thoughts with the unknown details of the future, be present in your moments.

Be disciplined at being present in your moment.

With our awareness rooted you are more likely to feel an increase in positive energy and feelings of well being…your very own weapon against stress and anxiety.

Today be disciplined…let me know how you fare.

Wednesday 6th March 2019

Easier said than done. First ego reaction. What would you know. Second ego reaction. You’ve no idea what my life is like, you’ve got it easy. Third ego reaction.

Finished yet….. Maybe you are, maybe not. You may come back with a few more immediate ego one liners.

Depends simply on how deeply entrenched your hurt, doubt and fear is buried.

Let’s test….after all your one liners….likely to vary from doubt, fear, anger, blame, finger pointing, self pity….do you feel better.

Have those reactions made you feel better…. If not you’re ready to release. To allow yoursoul to release what doesn’t serve you or your purpose and in fact has you in hold. On hold.
Release isn’t an easy effortless choice for humans…we like control. Yet yoursouls connection to all in spirit around you….can take care of the task effectively if granted permission.

Who grants permission…your whole self.
The permission may come easier if using another to help with the release and believing they can.

So now in this moment…close your eyes and breathe.

Hold Archangel Michael in your thoughts..in anyway you choose. Be love. Channel love in everyway conceivable. Ask him to release you, and stay here in this moment for as long as you find yourself.

You will be released. You will be lifted and feel lighter in this moment. Of that I am assured. He will come to all and as many who ask.

Spirit Guide Reconnection Reading.

So …I can identify and introduce you to your spirit guides…your team in spirit.

The details of this reading can be found on my website…link in the bio. Click on the menu and choose Readings.

Now…you will have spirit guides which you chose prior to incarnation and they will not change.

Depending on your levels of spiritual connection you will either feel them or be oblivious and maybe a little in between.

Of course once your human births…your soul is new, born. It won’t remember it’s reasons for spirits choice for this lifetime. Not just yet …anyway.

Depending on your level of whole spirits ascension, you may in this lifetime at a certain point…experience an awakening. A Spiritual Awakening. Again..dependant on you level of ascension will determine how level of awakening in this lifetime.

And this will often be why you come across those like me…And others. For me…I live with one foot in spirit world and one foot in human world. Another story, another time.

So, yes there will be those who have no inclination or interest in their spirit guides…And that is there path and what is intended.

There will be some..ready to have their spirit team and the soul link in this lifetime…still with me…(don’t worry that forum I promised is on its way…where more can be spoken of here)..

Now…back to identifying them…Some will be with you this whole lifetime. Yet your team will evolve depending on your current…And future needs.

So Yukari found that 4 guides from her last reading were no longer with her….for they had done their job. She had been joined by 3 new guides.

Collectively…each one had a unique message and point they wished to get across to her.

And it was a damn fine pleasure…amazing and as always even I am in awe.

6 of them each unravelling her current life and each with her for an area…And guidance. And guide they did.

I’m sure as Yukari digests she will share for you as she always does.

Believe in humans unbelievable.
