View yourself with eyes that you view your most loved nearest and dearest.

Berating self and focusing on the negatives of your character…your body…actions…thoughts feelings ….events you’ve taken part in…..keeps the spirit suppressed and down trodden.

Humans ego often does this to keep us where it most feels comfortable….even if it hurts like a bitch.

It’s a cycle you won’t find unfamiliar for youve probably done this your whole life. There will be a default action your human takes….when things are a little out of control in areas around us…do not be surprised if you find yourself filled with doubt and once again berating and beating with stick.

It may be how you look…how you interact …something you feel you always get wrong.

Today Angels ask you see yourself with eyes of love and to enjoy you. Find what you love about you….And focus on that. More focusing here will see you gaining confidence in many areas ….And thus without noticing other areas will get a chance to grow and come out of their suppressed shell.

Be kind to you. Enjoy you.

Maybe you’re not overly enjoying your walk..

Speeding up or not going on the walk will find it presented again and again and again.

In this lifetime…ones before and ones to come.

That is likely why your humans ego senses it may be a long walk…or a bit hilly….but humans soul keeps showing you the path. For that is was your spirit chose to incarnate for this souls purpose.

It intended to walk many paths…for it knows truly truly the growth and further ascension in self and in time it’s spirit self will achieve.

So know the walks you wish to speed up through…that you’re gonna grab a bike even though you can’t ride 😉….the very first thing is to stop and allow yourself time to mull over why…

You may well start to see a map of walks you’ve been running through …or not taking….And yet here’s the bloody path again.

Of course it is….you sped through. Missed all on the walk that can only ensure growth.

This is uncovered by spirit teams and angels in many spiritual counselling sessions I work with people on.

Those who I’ve worked with once, intermittently and regularly begin to see the why clearly. Then they get choice. Choice to meander and enjoy elements of the walk….some do a little of both…bit of walking then a run…Hahahah. Which of course is natural for humans ego… that is why spiritual counselling isn’t one session all fixed.

Humans…are complex. That’s why we chose them.

Don’t doubt…you have done just enough.

Progress doesn’t always need a big obvious gesture or result.

Progress walks often a fine line. Especially when our humans are treading ground in which ego and soul battle. These times are often some of our most difficult to experience and live with and thus learn through….And from. I join you all in this..we are all experiencing this in one way or another.

Angels show you a sign right now….that you tread the right side of the fine line. You have done enough and excellent order is maintained. You are on track.

So when presented with fine lines…egos often choose to believe little of self. Not the case.

You did it. Enough. It was a big challenge and the results will be hard for you to see because they mean So very much and are integral to yourself, yoursoul and your reasons for incarnation.

Let us carry you. Relax back…And if you close your eyes and just be….you will feel them..us…now simply allow the day to be easy. Tomorrow you will wake and be ready again.
