Child you can lift you. Your place in this moment in emotions and feelings can be swayed. No matter where you sit.

If you choose to lift you…to raise your vibration…here is how.

Plan in something which simply excites you…a moment in which you enjoy.

This can be grand or small. Matters not.

A moment set aside for you…maybe an hour with an amazing drink of choice and a book…

Maybe planning something to look forward to..

Maybe a walk..a bike ride…an ice cream near the beach…

Maybe popping out for a mooch at the shops..

Maybe research or meandering online…

Or…a parachute jump 🤣

Matters not what you choose…But that you choose it.

For me…I am setting aside time to train my 3rd eye today…And also research in further depth keto and ketosis…I fast regularly both intermittent and extended…And studies on insulin spikes and links to reversing obesity and illness in humans is a topic of intrigue for me.

The universe created many medicines for humans ….And fasting is one of them.

My first client reading in 7 months…it was an honour and pleasure to spend time with him.

His counselling is of course private…But spirit knew as with all vital counselling ….that it may be hard to hear…

Well if you could have sorted it out yourself…You wouldn’t be stuck…

It is no coincidence that your team in spirit guide you to those who can unfold…what and why your life is taking a course…

And so to help with the difficult to hear…or to wish to believe…they provide indisputable physical evidence.

This for me comes in the form of remote viewing.

Ego doesn’t like the starting line…it would quite happily keep walking around the changing room….or the training ground….

All the while it does…it’s got one foot in. Can tell it’s human …yeah just need to train more…yeah just waiting for the right conditions…yeah got a slight niggle of an injury….yeah if I hold off then I’ll actually be better for the next race…

Ego kids your human it’s preparing. All the while it is preparing then it’s not humans fault for not progressing…for its preparing.
