You often repeat cycles in life….some circumstances change..the people involved…But often you seem to be dealing with same cycle.

There are likely to be multiple cycles at multiple times.

These will be lessons you have chosen to incarnate for in this human lifetime. There will not be just one.

You may have tried to overcome events in past lives and not quite achieved what your spirit self wished …And find yourself here…doing the same again or part of the same again…..And again and again….And you will…until you overcome it.

This may mean…that various cycles in personal matters of love…then career…parenting….etc…all have cycles running concurrently.

Some may all stem from route event in this lifetime….some multiple…some carried from past lives.

So you see….often you can’t work through it yourself. In this lifetime it will not be a surprise that you come across someone who can open doors for you to highlight the what’s happening and why…

And along with my team in spirit and yours…And angels…we can show the why…

Even tell you how to overcome…And what will likely occur if you do…it’s then in the moment and moments after down to you.

So as I have said before I sometimes work with a client once…although rarely. Some work with me intermittently and some very regularly. Some on specific personal matters….some purely business. Spirit doesn’t judge the subject. All paths are integral to your humans meaning for existence.

So…..simply that this young man can see why his life has been repeating and repeating and repeating ….is a true chance to alter his course…as was intended. To know he has done nothing to deserve his path…yet that he is here to overcome.

Now…he has the choice to begin. And when needed I will help if he needs it. As I will help anyone who finds themselves drawn to me.

Child you can lift you. Your place in this moment in emotions and feelings can be swayed. No matter where you sit.

If you choose to lift you…to raise your vibration…here is how.

Plan in something which simply excites you…a moment in which you enjoy.

This can be grand or small. Matters not.

A moment set aside for you…maybe an hour with an amazing drink of choice and a book…

Maybe planning something to look forward to..

Maybe a walk..a bike ride…an ice cream near the beach…

Maybe popping out for a mooch at the shops..

Maybe research or meandering online…

Or…a parachute jump 🤣

Matters not what you choose…But that you choose it.

For me…I am setting aside time to train my 3rd eye today…And also research in further depth keto and ketosis…I fast regularly both intermittent and extended…And studies on insulin spikes and links to reversing obesity and illness in humans is a topic of intrigue for me.

The universe created many medicines for humans ….And fasting is one of them.
