Be mindful as your day takes a hold.

Yesterday and days before including experiences and challenges, interactions and moments have accumulated.

Questions of self now begin. Wondering the point, wondering the value….wondering the impact. In turn questioning worth.

Your worth is immeasurable. Yet likely your human is measuring it’s own worth based on its interpretation of anothers measure of you.

That….alters all and everything.

Ego searches the eyes and lips of other egos to decide it’s own self worth. Told you do well, regardless of whether your soul agrees…you ego gladly mops up the praise. Told you do not do well, gladly ego mops up the praise.

The point being…ego is seeking imperceptible nuances from others to determine how they are allowed to feel.

It may be that the words another says sound wonderful, but dealt with a spoon of disingenuous energy……sits uncomfortable. Your ego will now spiral. It will mop up the words, revisit the energy felt mop it up also. And go around and around….feeling quite crappy.

This intangible thing becoming very tangible.

Within seconds one can strip this away.

Be mindful. See your true worth. Allow your soul to judge your worth. Allow the universe and all in divine to show you your true worth.

Never set your worth based on your interpretation of what another ego seems to value you at.

If you wish a toolbox child…take ours. Please do open it….what do you see… Yes…immeasurable love. All souls are equal.

Do not seek egos praise from another ego. Be fair, for they too are on their own journey.

Seek worth, real praise from your loving soul, from loving spirit in Divine.

There will be no coincidence that you find yourself reading this timely reminder.

Sweet Friends
Choppy waters are part of your chosen route. It does not mean you shouldn’t sail. It does not mean you will not reach the destination. It does not mean the waters will part and you’ll be transported there by wings of a thousand Angel’s.

Choppy waters presented in your path are controlled by the universe. A universe you chose to take part in. These waters present as choppy not for you to feel dread of impending drowning, but to find joy in learning your way across.

If this reads as poetic shit to you and your human has scoffed….yes, this post is for you more than you allow. Please share your scoff brave human.

Let us lay it on the line. What you are experiencing is bloody tough. Sorry, your spirit chose it for this lifetime.

Why…too long a story, don’t change the subject.

Your attitude is being tested, how you deal with this is your lesson. Chosen lesson. There is no universal punishment, or deity or god, or curse…or things just seem to happen to you.

You happened to you.

A task suggested for your moments in this coming weekend.

How much of your time involves thinking about what you think, others think?

This may relate to work, to family, to strangers, to acquaintances…

You may be walking your dog, or staring at your phone wondering why you haven’t had contact…maybe you were the last to reach out? Or you’ve sent in a piece at work and you haven’t heard back…

Maybe you consider running to the shops without makeup on or your hair up? Maybe your little headphones have broken and only the giant ear muff size ones are available…

Maybe you just consider running?

Maybe you want more than you have? Maybe you don’t want to go?

Maybe you don’t like sushi yet have pretended you love it.

Maybe you consider your social presence on the wonder and freedom the www has given us….freedom my arse. How many of you consider your next post…your last post? Who will see it? What will they think? About you, your post…how many times do you check your post to see if you can glean the thinking of others.

How many followers have you got, how many likes?

Child unless you are telepathic, and some are🤪, you wondering or worrying about what others think or are thinking…is a complete utter waste of time.

Egos time very well spent. For the distraction in fact will often halt you. Hinder you. Slow you down. Even if you push through to completion with said endeavor…crumbs ego took you the hard way. If muffled. It hurt. You.

What the ‘they’ do actually think….firstly is their’s. So leave them with it.

For know this child, what each human thinks is a reflection and a manifestation of them. Their wonderful magic.

I intend on sharing more magic with you this week, for you to use if you choose.

Here is your very first trick. Stop thinking ‘what are they thinking? But what will they think?’

If you believe you do not do this, nor need this guidance…remember your thoughts reflect you and manifest you.

I have worked with thousands. I have yet to come across a human who does not succumb to Egos distraction tactic. I have met some who are better at seeing it….moving around it and in front of it. But not one who doesn’t experience it.

So here is your magical gift to use over this coming weekend.

If you wish an action and item to cement your spell, then please choose one of the following;

A white candle – the candle will be lit when you affirm the magic. Look at the candle for 5 mins, being with the energy created.
A white/clear quartz crystal – the crystal will be clasped for 5 mins between both hands as you affirm the magic.
A mirror – you will face your image in the mirror. Do not look at your image, allow the gaze to soften become blurred. Here you will see your spirit self, the haze around you, you will be at one with your soul.

Words of the magic.

Mighty Universe, the great divine. I follow my path set humbly, but in this moment and moments before me I ask that you help me set my destiny of choice. I choose release from thoughts of others egoic minds. Release my mind from egos control, mine and that of theirs. I no longer will worry nor think on the thinkings of others. I will walk in absolute. In love and light, in all that is above and below, So be it.

If you do not own the objects mentioned, then please wait til the moon joins you. Make sure you see the moon. Sit on the earth or a least with your bare feet touching the earth. This could be outside, but your bedroom or other room in the house will be fine. Contact with a surface is required. Clear your mind…chant the spell. And sit. The moon will engage your eyes, and your soul will preside over your energy.

If you do not own the objects or have access to the moon, nor care what others think. Bravo…your intrigue is quenched and you reason for coming across me will show itself in your future. If you allow it.

So be it. My friends. Your very own spirit magic show.

As you use any form, and your intent is pure – you will feel us. You will know we are there. That is our promise to you. Scoffers…try it. You will know.

Dear Precious Friends

I’ll write simply as I recieved.

Child at any given moment you hold the power to alter your story. You hold the power to manifest the ending.

There will be events that are out of your control. This is set for the path of others and maybe yours…free will of others can alter any course.

The power you hold in those moments is the effect and impact and results…

So that answers the immediate scoff.

So now…read again. And seek the soft, the light and places where your changes are yours to make.

Hiding…thinking everything happens to you and you have no choice…yeah right Zowie and her team in spirit what do you know… well more than you know. 🙏

Start small…the place you grab your coffee…it’s busy and the staff are moody…how’s your energy after this….guess what…you don’t have to buy your coffee there. Or…alter the reaction to the energy for the coffee is too damn good.

Power to alter your story.
So…take a breath. Start small and just see the impacts. All big things are made of small.

Wrap loving arms around your very self…enjoy being you, you are marvellous

Dear Lovely Friend

In all that occurs today walk closely and tightly knitted with the beautiful adoring love of self. You deserve this, need this…and your day will be the better for it.

Isn’t it hard, too look at your entire human being simply with love. To smile at you, to accept all that you are, all that you have done, all that you will do…and simply lovingly Be in the love you have for you.

Your team in spirit loves you, Angels love you, deceased loved ones…love you. There is no one thing that you could do which would take away that love. Today they implore you to seek, find and give self love.

View yourself with eyes that you view your most loved nearest and dearest.

Berating self and focusing on the negatives of your character…your body…actions…thoughts feelings ….events you’ve taken part in…..keeps the spirit suppressed and down trodden.

Humans ego often does this to keep us where it most feels comfortable….even if it hurts like a bitch.

It’s a cycle you won’t find unfamiliar for you’ve probably done this your whole life. There will be a default action your human takes….when things are a little out of control in areas around us…do not be surprised if you find yourself filled with doubt and once again berating and beating with stick.

It may be how you look…how you interact …something you feel you always get wrong.

Today Angels ask you see yourself with eyes of love and to enjoy you. Find what you love about you….and focus here.

More focusing here will see you gaining confidence in loving all of you….even that wonky toe 😉
