Tend…take some time upon seeing this sign today to make and take time to tend to you.

Lots to do and you are on a roll….or need to pick myself up and can’t seem to..

Either way matters not. To tend is greatly needed and allowed.


It be can whatever suits your soul. It may be a walk, or to sit in nature, maybe to cook, to read a book, or watch a film.

You get the gist.

I will meditate with my team in spirit. I am told Angels in collective will too join, and welcome all and any who wish to join.

It will matter not when you find this free gift. They will come to all and any in any time or space.

Why would another alter your path?

Dear Glorious Friend

There is a part of you where pause is pressed.

You wait, dream and hope that another will make it all come true.

A N OTHER becoming a whole entity. A new name, stick a Mr or Mrs in front and one created a virtual new human.

And that child is what you do. Waiting for another. Sitting in wait. Maybe, hopefully to make it better. Unfortunately some, to keep getting what they get…for then they can cope with the knowing, whether its hurtful or even harmful.

In each case, neither good comes.

For who are you? Why would you be placed here for another to alter your path.

You know better than this. Your soul learning through and with its human is the only king of your Kingdom.

You may think others hold keys to you and your past and your future…but child you own the door. You give them the key.

Any impact another has on your path is down to you and you alone. The reaction and subsequent action you took or take based on A N OTHERS choices.

You aren’t here to be served upon but to serve.

Obstacles intended for you to begin to see.

To assess, to walk around, to climb over, to work out how they originated…why they keep cropping up time and again.


Are the obstacles identica – or maybe they have a familiar likeness.


So you may see family orientated obstacles,
Money orientated, relationship…


Your obstacles were prechosen.


Your spirit knew this soul would experience obstacles. It intends…hopes…wishes you will find your way over them.

Not sit waiting to be carried.


Those you don’t, they’ll keep coming. This lifetime, and others.


Those you do…Will soften.

Lessen, get smaller, you’ll see them coming…get great at dodging. You are learning, overcoming.

This/these obstacles will grow your soul. Grow your whole spirit self and when the time comes you will ascend and vibrate. Further and higher and move on to knew places to love, to light.

Today, time to see where you are paused waiting for A N OTHER to make it all better.

Today, time to put into place steps for you to walk your own walk. Talk your own talk.

Be your own Be.

Dear whole friends

By now you will have travelled through a portion of your day. Some a few hours, some half way through…others near the end.

Dial in.

What?! Who to, I don’t need to call anyone as far as I know😉

Dial in. To you.

The whole of you. For some may have their alignment down pat, easy Zo so thanks. Uh huh. Some may bring themselves to centre before they begin…some may wonder what on earth I speak about.

You child are you’re very own precious jigsaw puzzle, within their very own jigsaw puzzle.

Your human body…made up of so many many pieces. Your human mind….made up of so many many thoughts, emotions, feelings whilst being the programming hub of your being.

Your soul….sent by your whole spirit self on this lifetimes journey, trying to lead this human as it develops and grows…its energy centres within the body trying to work in harmony with the human it inhabits.

There’ll will be moments when all pieces in each jigsaw fit, and then they come together in complete alignment…easy – no. Often…no I’m afraid to say. But when it does in that moment there is peace and harmony.

We will not forever be fully aligned at all times, that’s not the path here for us as humans.

Yet seeing it, understanding it, working for it and consciously towards it is indeed part of our paths.

Oneness. Alignment. When we are in greater alignment we not only find stillness and peace, we are then of greater service to those around us. In turn greater service to our whole self and thus spirit.

So…can you find 10 mins..15 mins..and dial in.

In time I will speak further on different ways to reach a state of oneness, what suits one will not suit another.

Today…you may need to sit in quiet, you may prefer to walk or to move your body.

You may prefer to sit with a pen and a journal…to each their own. In this choice of body position, bring attention and awareness to your body, feel from the tips of your toes to the top of your head.

Quiet the mind, focus on the wonder of the blood running through your veins, the breath running your engine, your heart beating in response.

Clear your thoughts and simply feel your soul. Imagine a channel of light running from your very root to the crown of your head. See the energy, and experience it glowing brighter and brighter with each breath.

And now…stay here.

BE. In oneness, in alignment.

There is every chance that you will begin to feel your oneness, and my team in spirit will be there.

You may feel the energy around your body, over it, in it. A tingle, or a warmth, a movement of air – it will depend on you and your receptive senses.

Fall into this moment, allow those in spirit to communicate with your soul…like friends hugging each other after a time of absence.

Trust me, when you feel this, you will find 10 mins to dial in.

Archangel Chamuel …please release me from expectation 🙏

Dear Light Working Friends

Archangel Chamuel has come today….she says ‘What a weight, expectation, what a weight’.

How clever that humans developed a word that in reality has no final product. No result. No end game. Yet is the player given immunity and eternal life for you to carry.

Even more clever….it’s heavy. A weight which is heavy. Can get heavier.

Clever still….you choose to carry it.

And child….one may think that expectation is the friend of manifestation.

No. It is not. Intent…belief….love….is by far the better friend of the word manifestation.

Whether you are carrying expectation because you’ve picked the weight, or because you’ve taken the weight from other and chosen to carry it….or you are handing it to others…imposing the weight upon them…

Stop. See it. Put it down. Take it away.

Lauren…I trust you are reading, for this ties in entirely with your Spiritual Healing session this morning. We detailed your expectation…and how it had weighted down your entire spiritual energetic body. Now cleared, repaired, healed and reset….read this guidance my darling.

You didn’t come carrying expectation, the world you joined had created it already.

And child expectation can only be used to stand in souls way….in divines way of helping and guiding and loving…along the path you always intended to travel.

The loss of weight will be pleasant.

If you require help, then ask that of Archangel Chamuel. She stands close by, and given the nod to ask for release. She will make this much easier for you….she reminds however you may have to use this daily for a while…for it seems you may well pick up this weight and put it down very frequently….it’s well embedded.

To ask…means she can help.

You will likely at this stage begin to feel a sensation on your body…alerting to her presence.

Dear Archangel Chamuel please release me from expectation, that of mine taken and that of mine given. The weight weighs heavy and egos determination to carry makes it strong. In love please remove this weight, and allow me the light and love of soul and spirit and all in divine. Please replace expectation with belief, intent and a true kind sight of my path. With loving thanks.
