Energy….has huge impacts on humans

Since my return I have been performing many spiritual energy healing sessions.

Both on humans and house clearances.

Now…do I mean unwanted spiritual energy…yes I do.

However there are various kinds….

Say….you’ve been down for a while. Work has been a tough and negative space for you….then there was a family do…And you got stuck talking to angry Uncle Pete…And then maudlin Aunt Flo who doesn’t get visitors and only gets to talk once in a while….

These energies layer up. Both upon your human spiritual energy….And you take it with you and share it around your home.

So you’ll find often even if you put things in place to shake things off….if your energies and that of your home keep the residual of the past experiences….well it’s a heavy and oppressive place to be.

This is when I always say…all the right words in the world won’t lift you if your in dire need of a Spiritual Energy Healing.

Another kind..spirit intrigues you. You read …you research…maybe you dabble. Well there is no smoke without fire.

You intentionally or unintentionally are welcoming in the smoke attracted to the burning embers.

With all things there is light and dark. I rarely speak of this as it’s simply not part of my path and I give them no airtime. However, my team and I have needed to clear many a home anywhere in the world from unwanted spirits.

Psst….be careful of what you pay attention to and your thoughts…for you are opening doors Which you may not have realised.

Today our guidance comes from one of friends in spirit.

Wasp prompts you to take a good look at your life and ask yourself whether you are involved in pursuits that are worthwhile. Are you fighting the good fight?

It’s a wake-up call to do what’s best for you and to focus on what will bring you closer to spiritual enlightenment. Life is too short to be spent on pursuits that are not worth your time!

Time also wasted on wondering on others actions or behaviours simply makes murky waters murkier.

Wasp symbolism also encourages you to cultivate humility. With all your success, always keep your feet on the ground.

When the wasp spirit animal comes flying into your life, you are being reminded that wishing and dreaming about your desires will not make them come true. You need to act on them and keep working until you make them happen.

Do not resist the changes that you are going through. Believe that everything happens for a reason, and you are going through them because they will bring you closer to your goals.

It matters not child where you stand within today.

Joy is your very best friend. She doesn’t only come out on sunny days….she is the sunny day.

Today child you will be lifted further if you welcome Joy. You may have to seek her out…for you’ll likely have shut her away if sitting in a darker space.

Anger, doubt, fear…give a very hefty shove on the closet door if they need to…Joy annoys them you see.

So…call upon her. Joy….your Joy will bring moments of herself to you to remind you.

For child trust us, you don’t have it so bad.

Tip #1 Psychic Development…Meeting your spirit guides…

Meeting your Spirit Guides and the rest of your spiritual team (angels, masters, and teachers) is a really fun and awesome way to develop your psychic abilities.

Plus, your Spirit Guides are fabulous in that they can help guide you along when you give a psychic or mediumship reading.

Heck, they can guide you along every day of your life no matter what you need… cooking, doing your taxes, making a life altering decision – anything!

Below are a few ways you can connect with your Spirit Guides:

Meditate and set the intention – Get in the habit of doing meditation. Get tips from many of our online resources….my easy tip would be to simply not ‘try’ to meditate. Quiet time ….breathing and allowing your mind body and spirit reconnect…can be the greatest healing meditation.

For those who wish for a unique experience I teach guided meditations and bring your spirit team to you…So always one to think on.

Before you meditate, set the intention that you want to meet your Spirit Guides. Don’t worry if they don’t pop up and introduce themselves right away. It can take some time to practice and learn to trust, so pinkie promise me that you won’t be too hard on yourself 🙂

Use your imagination – Splurge and get yourself a fabulous journal and phenomenal pen. Get into a quiet space, relax, and just start writing. Use your imagination. Imagination is a WONDERFUL way to open up your psychic abilities because it gets you out of your “thinking” mind. Ask yourself:

Who are my Guides?
What do they look like?
What are their names?
What kind of clothes do they wear?
What is their personality?
If you don’t know the answers – who cares! Make it up. Let your imagination flow and you’ll grow closer to feeling a connection with your Divine Spiritual team!

Draw – Personally, when I draw my Guides, they are drawings in my minds eye. One of my abilities is Clairvoyance which allows me to sketch with a virtual pen and paper in my mind…while I’m typing this lovely detailed guide to you. My main guide thinks he’s quite hilarious in acting like he’s in a fancy dress shop….opening the curtain and standing proud in the most ridiculous outfits as I try and sketch. Idiot man.

I know of those who simply whip out paper and pencils, closes there eyes – and they’re off! Stick men!!! Yay….matters not.

If you are artistic, drawing can be a great way to connect to your guide!

So drawing or writing or just being….it doesn’t matter….just begin engaging…

I worked for Stacey this week in energy clearance.

I cleared her home and identified the disturbances they were experiencing both her and the children….Then removed any unwelcome energy.

After that session Stacey was in need of a Spiritual Energy Healing session for her energies. I balanced her chakras…cut cords of attachment, cleansed her aura and repaired the holes.
