Be mindful as your day takes a hold.

Yesterday and days before including experiences and challenges, interactions and moments have accumulated.

Questions of self now begin. Wondering the point, wondering the value….wondering the impact. In turn questioning worth.

Your worth is immeasurable. Yet likely your human is measuring it’s own worth based on its interpretation of anothers measure of you.

That….alters all and everything.

Ego searches the eyes and lips of other egos to decide it’s own self worth. Told you do well, regardless of whether your soul agrees…you ego gladly mops up the praise. Told you do not do well, gladly ego mops up the praise.

The point being…ego is seeking imperceptible nuances from others to determine how they are allowed to feel.

It may be that the words another says sound wonderful, but dealt with a spoon of disingenuous energy……sits uncomfortable. Your ego will now spiral. It will mop up the words, revisit the energy felt mop it up also. And go around and around….feeling quite crappy.

This intangible thing becoming very tangible.

Within seconds one can strip this away.

Be mindful. See your true worth. Allow your soul to judge your worth. Allow the universe and all in divine to show you your true worth.

Never set your worth based on your interpretation of what another ego seems to value you at.

If you wish a toolbox child…take ours. Please do open it….what do you see… Yes…immeasurable love. All souls are equal.

Do not seek egos praise from another ego. Be fair, for they too are on their own journey.

Seek worth, real praise from your loving soul, from loving spirit in Divine.

There will be no coincidence that you find yourself reading this timely reminder.

Angel’s bring forth our guidance today. It seems we all sit in the same boat, those of whom this post finds. There will be no coincidence.

You child are working hard. Too hard. Working too many hours. Too many hours spent trying to please others.

This will mean different things to different people, so firstly absorb this message – what does it mean for you. Uncover the layers for it may not be at the top of the pile.

It could be physical hours you are working, it could be mental hours you spend working, it could be emotional hours spent…well spending. It is likely all of the above.

Today accept the offer of help from your Angel’s. Remember from working with me over the years Angel’s will respect the free will of your human. They cannot swoop in and alter energies or provide help unless you grant them permission.

Today lighten your very own load by asking your Angel’s for helpful people to cross your path to lighten your load.

Sit or stand…close your eyes…breathe in love, breathe out love. Feel, sense, imagine, see, hear your Angel’s…any of these that suit you.

Speak to them, out loud or in your mind, whichever suits. “Dear Angel’s in love I seek ease and help. Allow those to cross my path who will lighten this current path I tred, and allow light and love to benefit those who do. In love I humbly thankyou”

If you feel the need to repeat this through the day….or take this into every day…you should.

Your Angel’s came today to remind you of them, they can ease the load if you wish them to.

Hold your nose…be brave

My sweets friends,

You are swimming up stream. Clutching at the over hanging branch…scrabbling to find your footing. Fighting against the current.

Chuck me a surf board…might as well give that a try also.

There are times…that the universe sweeps in. That collectively we receive guidance that is apt to us all at once. Me included. So…here we go.

You are ready yet think you aren’t. You can do it but think you can’t. It will work but you think it won’t.

You’ve had many signs …many doors opened…yet you’ve teetered.

When you are that close and it’s so right and you’ve done all you needed to at this point in this incarnation…yet you may just not walk through the door which you intended and is meant for you….well then your spirit guides will work with the universe…. And you’ll find yourself being swept along with the current…things evolving, occurring and some may not seem ideal..yet others perfect.

Now it’s time to trust. Hold on…breathe…keep afloat….trust and know that all is occurring for your highest good and best self. We are only given what we need when we most need it.

Don’t worry if you can’t swim..spirit brings armbands.
