My sweetest friends,

Feeling like life is passing you by… Just may be it is.

Dial in. Stop the clock, the treadmill… Assess and evaluate and see how your truest self feels about your humans life…wondering if this is all you’re here for…or if this is it for you… We would say it’s time to live in your life. Stop being a spectator, we can promise you didn’t come here to view your human existence in this manner. Like a ball of steel in the pinball machine with the free will of others and universal circumstance pulling your levers.

You have free will. If the course you travel feels like you a being pulled along, you are. You do not have to be.

It will undoubtedly take great effort to seize choice, but it is there and it is yours.

And in this moment your ego will be screaming at the screen as to all the reasons you can’t, how life just keeps happening to you. How it isn’t your fault. You Zowie, messenger of spirit should be able to tell me it will all be ok…what I should do…how there is more for me, a light at the end of the tunnel, which as if by magic will just appear because I want it. Because I deserve it.

Me Zowie, messenger of spirit, is telling you exactly what you need to hear. Right now in this moment. So re read. Come back to these words later after you scoff, and return to your current life.

Then mull on this. If you are content and all is as it should be for your joyous moments of now….then stick. Don’t complain. You have chosen to stick. In love I speak as you well know.

If you are not content, then it’s time to twist. It may be one very small twist, one very small choice towards change, which grows and multiplies as you slowly and softly alter your thought pattern and thus your path, your life.

You came to this human life to learn and to realise lessons chosen by your spirit….and it didn’t include a magic wand which touches your forehead and magics the life you want when things are tough. Child your in the tough for a reason…so what will you choose. Stick or twist.

By now you will have travelled through a portion of your day. Some a few hours, some half way through…others near the end.

Dial in. What?! Who to, I don’t need to call anyone as far as I know😉

Dial in. To you. The whole of you. For some may have their alignment down pat, easy Zo so thanks. Uh huh. Some may bring themselves to centre before they begin…some may wonder what on earth I speak about.

You child are you’re very own precious jigsaw puzzle, within their very own jigsaw puzzle. Your human body…made up of so many many pieces. Your human mind….made up of so many many thoughts, emotions, feelings whilst being the programming hub of your being. Your soul….sent by your whole spirit self on this lifetimes journey, trying to lead this human as it develops and grows…its energy centres within the body trying to work in harmony with the human it inhabits. There’ll will be moments when all pieces in each jigsaw fit, and then they come together in complete alignment…easy – no. Often…no I’m afraid to say. But when it does in that moment there is peace and harmony.

We will not forever be fully aligned at all times, that’s not the path here for us as humans. Yet seeing it, understanding it, working for it and consciously towards it is indeed part of our paths.

Oneness. Alignment. When we are in greater alignment we not only find stillness and peace, we are then of greater service to those around us. In turn greater service to our whole self and thus spirit.

So…can you find 10 mins..15 mins..and dial in.

In time I will speak further on different ways to reach a state of oneness, what suits one will not suit another. Today…you may need to sit in quiet, you may prefer to walk or to move your body. You may prefer to sit with a pen and a journal…to each their own. In this choice of body position, bring attention and awareness to your body, feel from the tips of your toes to the top of your head. Quiet the mind, focus on the wonder of the blood running through your veins, the breath running your engine, your heart beating in response. Clear your thoughts and simply feel your soul. Imagine a channel of light running from your very root to the crown of your head. See the energy, and experience it glowing brighter and brighter with each breath. And now…stay here. BE. In oneness, in alignment.

There is every chance that you will begin to feel your oneness, and my team in spirit will be there. You may feel the energy around your body, over it, in it. A tingle, or a warmth, a movement of air – it will depend on you and your receptive senses. Fall into this moment, allow those in spirit to communicate with your soul…like friends hugging each other after a time of absence.

Trust me, when you feel this, you will find 10 mins to dial in.

Where is your focus..

Focus, refocus, and focus yet again on what you Do want, and not on what you don’t.

Rebirth

Overwhelmed or Inspired…

Hello my lovely friends,

In this moment stop. There is a rolling, broiling gentle momentum of anxiety and fear taken a subtle residence in your human.

It’s been gaining a strong hold for a while now. It’s a silent, cloaking fog which can find your human feeling quite numb at times. A feeling of oddness, that can’t be pinpointed.

Change is a foot. Our human ego is not a number one fan of change, and would simply rather….not.

As natural as breathing our humans ego can and will bring about a fear based on events and outcomes that haven’t occured, and aren’t real.

Maybe you start a new job….what if I can’t do the work? But you’ve been in this line of work for years…yes but maybe the tomato sauce they use to coat their beans just looks like tomato and it isn’t really, and I’ll order the wrong ingredients and ruin the whole production for this period? Then I’ll walk into the canteen and everyone will know, and then they’ll notice I didn’t polish my shoes…and all point and laugh at me…yeah this is a sign, not for me. I’ll stick with my job that I’ve been in for 15 years, yes I’m treated like wallpaper, yes I get passed over for promotion time and again, yes the money is a struggle…..but hey ‘better the devil you know’ 🤷‍♀️

Bizarre…Zowies lost the plot on her return…well extreme example maybe…but check yourself as I guarantee your ego is certainly doing a version of this.

Simply take a breath. As you breathe in feel all you have achieved, as you breathe out manifest your sweet love and inspiration that you are.

Today, in reading this guidance, there is no hiding. What will you choose…to be overwhelmed by all that hasn’t happened…or inspired by all that has.

I will look to all that has gone before me, and goodness me…if I did it then – I can damn well do it again…and I’ll grow it larger, in love and light to reach more souls who seek a place where spirit can make sense.

The trust in me, bows to the trust in you.
