It is no secret that I am in a period of transition. Soon I will have much to tell you about the new paths I have been creating.

Guided and creating…rather than hiding and being beaten.

Yet there are moments when the little doubting ego creeps in… So even though I hear angels, know from them and my spirit guides…..occasionally I doubt.

And so the good old number sequences are kicking in…..today has been all about the 5’s. ‘555 means you’re going through a major life change. It can also signal that this big change is coming up ahead, so prepare for it now. 555 can also be a validation that the change you’re contemplating is the best direction for you to take’

Child don’t feel what ego thinks you should feel. Whether that be the ego of your human or that of another.

Take a moment and be still. Breathe and focus on the brightest light you can imagine. Breathe…..in connecting with this message you will be connecting with the energies of Angels and my team in spirit….likely you will feel it…feel them.

Now…..ask the following. ‘Dear Archangel Michael, please come to my human today. Help me to leave the feelings and emotions which do me harm in my yesterday. Allow me stillness and peace in my moments of today to allow my soul to breathe with out the weighing down of human ego reactions. A pause can be a free will choice or a choice made by those in your spirit team around you….a pause.

Well needed for your vision and thoughts a little misty.  The pause comes in…when in fact no great issue is occurring. No major adjustments are needed….but a pause. A moment.

To be conscious in your moment, breathe and let the mist clear.

Sometimes its as simple as a pause.

I’ve experienced 2 pauses back to back in the last 4 days, each giving me a chance to step back. See clearly where I was headed….and know it even though painful….these pauses were well needed.
