Dear Delightful Friends

Release child. Allow yoursoul to release and let go of what no longer serves your human or your true aim and purpose in this lifetime.

Choosing to let go, will see the Universal response and divine aid. Everything you release will either be replaced by something better or will be returned to you healed.

First ego reaction. What would you know?

Second ego reaction. You’ve no idea what my life is like, you’ve got it easy. Sitting playing with spirit all day!

Third ego reaction.

Maybe you are, maybe not.

You may come back with a few more immediate ego one liners.

Depends simply on how deeply entrenched your hurt, doubt and fear is buried. And that’s ok. I hear you, we hear you.

In fact the first step to release is voicing egos reactions, my lovely Nan would always say ‘better out than in’

Let’s test….after all your one liners, all that’s now out – likely to vary from doubt, fear, anger, blame, finger pointing, self pity….do you feel better.

Have those reactions made you feel better….

If not you’re ready to release. To allow Yoursoul to release what doesn’t serve you or your purpose and in fact has you in hold.

On hold.

Release isn’t an easy effortless choice for humans…we like control.

Yet Yoursouls connection to all in spirit around you….can take care of the task effectively if granted permission.

Who grants permission…your whole self.

The permission may come easier if using another to help with the release and believing they can.

So now in this moment…close your eyes and breathe.

Hold Archangel Michael in your thoughts..in anyway you choose.

Be love. Channel love in everyway conceivable.

Now Child take a moment of stillness. A moment or as many as you can afford. Sit or stand or lay. The signal for his presence requested will be the closing of your humans eyes and holding his image in your thoughts. Now using your inner voice…ask him. Call to him.

Archangel Michael, I call upon you. I welcome and am mightily grateful for your presence. I surrender. Please release me of the worries and fears of [insert own words]. Please take this away from my human, it no longer serves me. Please take this away, and return to me healed in all manners exclusive to my unique truth.

Embrace your change

Dearest Friends

I was concerned for my work and sessions have impacted my postings. I worried for I had not yet posted guidance from the Universal consciousness today.

I’m swiftly reminded, change has no timer, no alarm clock.

So let’s get you what you most need in this moment.

Souls goals are not egos goals. Unfortunately egos pain is first to be felt.

Ego finds change painful and has the ability to flinch. To make the human feel the pain as if it’s happened …to put it off from experiencing.

The thought of a plaster being ripped off a cut is far worse…than taking it off and seeing the wound healed.

Well at the moment to see the healing your ego is generating the feelings of multiple ripped off plasters. If you begin to peel the layers…take a peek…you’re in fact healing nicely.

Healing….not healed. Embrace the healing.

Child we’ve got you. These changes which ego retreats from in any manner, in fact hold the very greatest meaning and achievement for your souls growth.

Proof is in the pudding, today my clients and my time spent with them indeed showed me the proving time is essential….for my pudding was ever sweeter today.

DOUBT…ego’s favourite companion

Dear Darling Friends,

My spirit team and Angel’s collective bring guidance today.

Child you doubt.. This voice comes and goes, yet recently more and more persistent.

We say this.

At the time it felt right….You weighed it up.

Your gut, your instinct, your intuition, your higher self, your guides, angels…it may have been one or all.

Matters not. For all are one and the same, divine light and immense love.

A sense. A ‘soul sense’ said it’s ok.

Minutes…hours, even days pass…And now you wonder and contemplate if it was ok.

Likely a trigger was pulled, often the pistol shown by another…but we pulled the trigger.

Their ego displeased with how your human made their human feel….and so….they part their clothing and simply give sight of the pistol.

And your eyes are drawn. Maybe it stops there…well bloody done. Your intuition, soul got in front quick.

Maybe you reach for the pistol…and maybe the trigger….

In a puff of cloying negative energy, doubt shrouds us.

Welcome to the voice of ego.

That is the way to first identify this voice, it comes through with the overwhelming feeling of doubt.

Impending fear. Strong enough for you to pause. To stop. To double check, overthink….to critique.

Of course this occurs.

Ego senses true change, you’ve gone further with your new than it ever expected.

And….Ego fears any change. Much rather stick with what it knows best…no matter what.

And so doubting…is part of human incarnation, something you are meant to experience.

Yet to ‘overcome’ not ‘succumb’.

Be shame to chuck the towel in my glorious friend, what a difference you began to make…

It was Ok then, so don’t doubt now.

Give the pistol back. Unclick the pause button which doubt had a firm hand upon.

Hit play and continue your journey, walk the road in forward direction.

All roads hold bumps.

You, I, We…do not know it all

Sweet Friends

You, I, We do not know it all.

At times our egos will have us assured we do. This cannot Be, or else child one would not be walking with humans skin and bones.

Each day, each moment is for learning more.

Each interaction, each place, each event holds learning for our union of human and soul. And so thinking yesterday means today holds no learning….as one close to me would say, no no.

No no. Now reflect. Ego whipped up a tornado for you recently. Well the storm has passed.

If one couldn’t learn in the eye of the storm, then one surely can now, this moment, the present.

Have you baked that humble yet?

Be Humble. See humble. In you and in others.

Your best selfs foot forward in humbleness will achieve greater impacts on your path and that of others.

Being humble sees you the strongest in the room not the weakest.

When deciding to lower ones guard.. ones estimation of one’s self and to view you and those around you with the eyes of humble soul…a peace washes over your whole self.

With humble comes clarity…..take a moment to stop before your day runs quick.

Breathe and take a moment to truly feel the whole of you. Think of where you are in life and those around you….the gratitude in all these moments of your life. Feel humble and grateful for all that you have.

See clearly upon reflection all that’s has occured, and assess. Maybe reflection and assessment is all that’s required. Maybe understanding another, accepting and releasing is all that’s required. Maybe working in and upon self in humble learning is required.

Maybe all of the above indeed is required.

Be humble. BE HUMBLE.

You will learn and grow with humble ness, its counterpart ‘know it all’ well knows it all, so where can it grow…..

Now with this energy harness today, make a choice.

Do you ‘know it all’, or do you ‘humble’…..please now address your Saturday with a soft smile.

And today in comes my wolf…

Well sweet Friends…

What a treat.  Yesterday the main man came (whom of course isn’t a man, but was once he reminds me, now apparently far greater than a mere mortal 🙄) along with his delightful choice of humour, today my beautiful wolf.

My wolf in my spirit team was the very first guide I met.  He is my protector guide, my gatekeeper as such.  He has been sitting quietly in the corner of the room all morning.

I found a funky atmosphere had descended, it stemmed yesterday from my very first reading with a client in Argentina.  This reading was booked as a spiritual counselling session…well it turned into a complete home clearance.

This lovely lady had become stuck in her wish to be spiritual that she had dabbled.  I’m pretty much any vein of humans route to spirit.

She had unintentionally invited in spirits who were, shall we say mischievous.  It was impacting her entire life.  So yes, my team and I set to work.

We used various techniques to clear this ladies home of remnant energy, and also then her spiritual energies.

You may think hocus pocus, hogwash….how could this lady know and feel a difference.  Trust me, you feel an immediate change.  Mischievous spirits masking as those they weren’t, were told off. And asked to leave. The earth bound spirits who had set up camp….well most were crossed over.  Allowing my team to show them no need to fear what awaited them.

One young earth bound spirit would not leave, he was waiting for his Mother.  This always breaks my heart.  But this is where ‘cocky socks’ shows his true enlightening and awesome energy and ability to transcend any matter or sense of human time.  He will trace this young man.  A member of his collective has been assigned to keep checking him and offering him to cross over.

Ahhh…yes probably something many of you wish to know.  Yes you are given limitless times to cross over.

The rest of my planned day had to be altered.  My lovely new client in Singapore moved her session to today along with my trusting regular client in Los Angeles.

Why….I had spent 2 hours working with spirits of a lower, mischievous and shall we say potentially negative energy.  On these occurrences I then clear and clean my entire home…maybe those around me.

Then to those in my home.

My team and I agree then to leave the spirit door shut for 24hrs to ensure no transfer or little crack or creak can be taken advantage of.

Sorry my beautiful friend, majestic protector of mine. I have distressed, yet I feel often it helps those reading to hear a little more about my existence.

Especially as I seem to tell them what to do half of the time 😁😇

All is relevant.  He has sat prominently on guard.  Usually I just know he is present.

Since my return to active work it has been the first encounter with such a task, so he needs to and has reminded me how powerful his protection is.

It’s been a very very long time since I have felt fear of spirit.  That in part is because of my insistence on protection and the team I am blessed to work with.

So yes, he has sat in the corner of each room i have been in since yesterday.  He has switched on his imagery to remind he of his presence….downside my little girl dog sees him too…so she has been in a verbal fight of who in fact is my protector.  Shes loud.  He is a spirit wolf…he ignores her.

It is his presence and then his knowing which brings today’s guidance I share which you can choose to partake.

Time.

I have been gently and quietly easing myself back into service.

There is not one speed child. I have just recently been reminded.

My abilities being strengthened and reminded of as I once again walk with spirit.

And so after fitting many readings in a short space of time…I was halted by yesterdays house clearing.

Soul led, has been leading these last weeks.

Yesterday baby ego began a new little cry….And it began a rhythm.

The rhythm itself doesn’t really matter…yet it of course related to fear and doubt.

I have always walked with my wolf. We have shared many many lives.

Today as he is so prominent in his protection he reminds me.

To take heed. See where I’ve been. See why I’m here. Just take heed.

Know you are not nor ever alone. That we are helped and guided at all times.

His presence was enough for me to still the mind, and then in came the guidance from Angel’s.

So please also take Wolfs guidance of heed, and now hear Angels loving words.

They know and understand that you have been toiling diligently towards your goals, and encourage you to continue on your current path to achieve the success and results you desire.

The path needs moments of pause and stillness.  Moments of heed, to allow soul to remind you of all and why, Angel’s remind you many benches are allowed on all paths.

Today take heed on that bench.  Your journey will be better for it child.

What a card today could seem it all be about Zowie Zowie Zowie, that would be your ego ignoring the guidance.

Today’s card will not have found you by chance.  For that is the power of synchronicity that your spirit team use.
