You know you’re doing it….Archangel Metatron connection

Good Morning Sweet Friends,

You know you are doing it. 

You read about altering your thoughts and yep you’re in.  Then even 5 mins later….in they creep.

I work daily with Archangels, not something I speak of often.  This I will now begin to alter as the path evolves.

It was a surprise to me that Archangel Metatron entered my communications, it isn’t a common occurence of the moment.

When I am working in Akashic Records, then his presence is regular for he is the gatekeeper. 

Well the keeper is stepping out of the gate today.  If you’re not coming to me, I’m coming to you.

Fair play.  Also, Zowie….begin offering services within Akashic Records once again.

Noted. I shall post soon explaining.

Now, to you.  What is the purpose of this card for those reading it today.  Why have we lovingly been graced by Archangel Metatron, his words, his presence, his energy, his light, his love, his wisdom.

As I say you are not quite succeeding in altering the thoughts you are having. 

Trying not doing.

Please now take the hand offered by Archangel Metatron. 

He will lift the load. Wipe the thoughts. Help, guide and soften in love. 

He can be with all and everyone simultaneously so do not worry he will not come, he simply needs that you ask.

Depending on your current spiritual platform, you can do this in many ways. 

I would suggest if you truly intend.  Then intend and do it with conviction.

Put aside some time.  Time to be still. To be quiet. To be with you.  Music, lighting…all your choice.

What ever settles and soothes your human.

Be laid, or seated or standing. Matters not.

Now bring your mind to this post, to me, to my team and our intent.

Close the eyes and bring your awareness to your breath.  Taking conscious breaths in and out. 

Giving time and love to you.  As you breathe know that you are allowed.

That you deserve, that you are.

As you begin to settle and connect with the energy within and around, using your voice in your head call upon Archangel Metatron.

Not many words.

Just call him, over and over again, when you naturally stop simply ask for your thoughts that hurt you be taken away.

Removed. Replaced with thoughts of love and serving your soul and highest self. 

Just thinking this once is all that’s needed. 

Then stay here….and feel and sense.

He will make his presence known to you and will use your senses to show this.

Some will see a flash of light behind the closed eyes, it may be small and sudden. 

Some may feel a tingle on the body, likely the head and shoulder as if a hand has bestowed love upon you. 

Some a smell…like herbs or fresh grass.

So there you go.  We serve you.  Now will you serve you.  And maybe you’ll be brave enough to serve another.  To pass this message on.  To pay forward.  Regardless of what others may think of you and your spiritual clap trap.

Well lots of clap yes, and if they take up your service of offering to others, they’ll soon realise I offer no trap.  What have you got to lose.

Are You Swimming Upstream in Your Life?

A river seems solid at first glance.  We all know it is not. Whether it’s a lake or an ocean there is not a single molecule that isn’t moving at all times.  Our bodies are exactly the same, at first glance we seem solid, but there is not a single cell that isn’t constantly moving and changing, just like a river.  Everything happening in the world, life, death, winter, summer, night, day, is constantly changing.

Your Body Is Like a River

A river is always up and down, flowing with an intensity one minute,  seemingly stagnant the next, but it always continues to flow. Similarly, the body constantly balances itself.  It doesn’t need our help except for some basic maintenance and once we learn how to listen, it will continuously tell us what it’s true needs are.  This is where I encourage you to create an alliance with your body. It is telling you in a voice that doesn’t use words. Heed them.  Tired? Sleep! Hungry? Eat! Thirsty? Drink! Sad?

Be sad but drop it! Let the river flow!

Angry? Be angry but drop it! Let the river flow.

Dis-ease happens when we are not yet skilled enough at letting the river flow.

Go with the flow. How many times does one say this? Often to others no doubt.

Today I …we challenge you…to embody it entirely for self.

Today all three posts offer unique guidance. Do not see the left and right as bookends. They hold more.

Take our hand, then reach for another

Dear Sweet Delightful Friends

Thinking you are the strongest, the best, the only….when you are not…well it’s not strong at all.

Seeing this clearly in fact will in turn make you strong where it truly matters, where you most need the energy of strength.

In the relationship? friendship? workplace?

Look around at the greatest of humans, those who lead, who inspire all souls.

See others great wings on them and surrounding them. For the wise embrace moments of weak.

Times when souls bow to other souls.

Times when your soul bows and emits the calling energy of strength from those who can.

This strength from another is not weakness. They do not clip your wings child.

The beating of their wings is a call to yours. Enticing you to lift off the ground, for today flying is enough. They will lead the way. Fly in front, next to you and behind you.

And allow them to soar. And soar you shall to.

Today yoursoul speaks. If there is a shoulder you would benefit from, or hand out you keep allowing your ego to cast aside….maybe time to realise you aren’t the best, nor the strongest to see your human through this.

For you’re not meant to be. And it’s ok.

It’s a wondrous thing to see a bright light in another and be excited to learn…or to share a burden…. 🙏

I, we wish today you heed the guidance and glory in the wisdom of your weakness.
