We found her teddy bear

Not many have teddy bears….no guessing or cold reading would or could know this.

It’s energy was lovely…And a cuddle for her each night would be great.

We’re never too old to cuddle something full of love.

People find me not by coincidence

After we took a little walk around her space and area…checked it and protected it…we detailed what we were seeing.

This my team and I do….because often what then comes in a spiritual counselling session is What you most need to hear….but may find reasons to choose not to.

🙈🙉🙊 why else would you be stuck…the most needed resolution comes the important lessons out spirit chose to incarnate for.

Your team in spirit knows this. They knew as you chose them and your journey. They want you to over come.

So if you find yourself guided to someone who can help interpret your spirit team…And Angels and light your path to give choice….then there isn’t a coincidence.

When your spirit chose this human for this souls incarnation it’s vibration was love and love only.

It knew it would develop humans ego encompassing personality, emotions and feelings across the spectrum.

The mistake many make is their comprehension of ego. Ego isn’t the bad guy. In fact looking upon ego with love…it is egos work with soul that will see you learn and overcome in the manners you chose to incarnate for….all or some lessons.

So choosing love..or switching love on even if it isn’t your first or natural response is key.

Immediately a feeling of a pressure will be lifted…And long term your views on the world you joined will be shifted.

All in all walks came to experience by choice. To thus further grow and ascend in spirit self for greater.. much greater purpose.

When it comes to personal care of body and mind…..the buck stops. With us.

Often this is the only time we feel truly in control. We can do whatever we wish.

You are presented with choice. At times your humans ego and thus mind takes this control to the levels of hurting self…to blame almost as we have out ourselves in situations to allow others to control us.

This may be…not liking how we look…yet hurting it even further by eating in vast amounts.. or not eating enough…it maybe escaping through drink..or drugs…

It could be harming…there are many negative ways we grasp control back..using self.

The choice you are given in how you treat you…is a step we choose to incarnate for to learn and overcome.

Be kind. The choices you make for you human is a gift. Hear you soul…or find a way you can through another if need be.

The choices you make for you in this lifetime a little gifts.

Enjoy choosing them…wrapping them…gifting them….then unwrapping them…seeing them…And experiencing them.
