Sweet Friends

Allow the peace of this day to bring in choices of forgiveness, for a choice it is.

When we choose to love ourselves enough to forgive others …it is very easy.

No longer wrapped up in egos indignation.  Of what, who, how they did this or that.

Of course, multiplying this by egos choice of times table.

When you see that you are staying stuck in the hurt. The pain. The shock. The injustice.  It is you and you alone who is hurting you and you alone.

Today, allow your day to reflect.  It may be a long reflection or a short. The result ….freedom.

Forgive, free yourself.

Let it go.  Grow.
