Do not be a Bully

Dearest Sweet Friends
Here is what we shall do.
An occurrence has or will be about to send you into a spiral.  You will feel panicked and out of control. 
Now, stand up.  Straight and tall.  Spread your arms wide and horizontal.  Palms to the sky. Close the eyes. Breathe.  Think on me and my team, allow us to shower you also with the loving energy that only spirit can bring.  And we will come.
Now wrap those beautiful arms around your amazing beautiful body.  Cuddle you, love you in this moment.
That is todays choice of self ‘care’.  It is self love.
It is not harsh critical words, it is not poor me I deserve this, it is not punishing the body or the face, it is not striking out at others.
It is this. See what is occurring and choose Self Love.
Love thy self whilst she spirals.
Love thy self as he panics. 
Love thy self until the ego storm session passes. 
For it will.

Words likely skipped over in today’s post.
So many comments today lamenting the hardship of detaching, letting go.
It is. For its meant to be. For the greatest learning of this souls time in this human, for the accomplishment set and desired by your whole spirit self….yes it will be extraordinarily hard.
Many past lives detail time and again a repetition of lessons, with a different human and different circumstances.
So yes hard. And yes…so very well done you.
