What you present to others, what they present to others…doesn’t matter.  Who you truly are, who they truly are….is when its just you/them on their own….with only themselves, and spirit, Divine…Universe.

Sweet Friends

Sometimes we wake in a certain mood. An energy which has swept in from the north sea like a cold cloud.  No thing has particularly changed. But our mood certainly has.

You can sit in it.  But likely you won’t feel joy or happiness or have a better day or moment for it.  You’ll just feel more and more in touch with the dark energy which has swept in.  A choice of your free will of course.

Or.  If you’ve no thought of goodness or words that come to mind…..go find them.

Because I guarantee you. Thinking and or saying good and nice and lovely light things to yourself will be like sun’s rays breaking through this cold cloud.  And it will feel better.  How better is up to you. You can have some cloud and some sun….or choose to have a bloody heat wave.

Work out how you would rather feel….then do whatever necessary to get to that feeling.
