Dear Sweet Friends, 🤍✨

OPEN YOUR EYES, CHILD. IS THIS ENOUGH?

I want to ask you something today.

And I don’t want you to answer me with what you believe you should feel.

I want you to answer with the truth.

If you were to open your eyes fully to the life you are living right now, would you honestly say it is enough?

Not the life you tell everybody about.

Not the life you have learned to accept.

Not the life you hope will become something different one day.

But the life you are actually experiencing.

Are you happy, Child?

Are you loved in the ways you need to be loved?

Are you seen, heard, valued and considered?

Or have you become so accustomed to giving, understanding, forgiving and accommodating that you have forgotten to ask what is being given back to you?

Have you mistaken surviving for living?

And perhaps the most uncomfortable question of all…

Are you settling?

Oh, Sweet Friends, the human ego can become terribly attached to familiarity.

It will convince you that because something has always been a certain way, it must remain that way.

But your soul is not here simply to endure an existence.

It is here to experience, learn, love and grow.

And sometimes growth begins with the courage to acknowledge a truth we have spent a very long time avoiding.

Today, I would love to invite you into a little spiritual connection with me, my team and the beautiful Archangel Jophiel, whom many associate with wisdom, beauty, illumination and clarity.

Not to tell you what decisions to make.

But to help you become still enough to recognise what your own heart may have been trying to tell you.

🕊️ YOUR CONNECTION WITH ARCHANGEL JOPHIEL

Firstly, I invite you to LIKE this post, SHARE it with another soul who may need these words, and COMMENT with a 🤍.

Through this interaction, you are expressing your invitation and permission for me and my team in spirit to work with you, with the intention of love, protection and your highest good.

Now, find somewhere quiet and comfortable.

Allow your body to sink into the surface beneath you.

Relax your shoulders.

Unclench your jaw.

Gently allow your eyelashes to close.

And breathe with me.

Breathe in to the count of one… and two.

And breathe out to the count of one… and two.

Again.

In… one… and two.

Out… one… and two.

Allow the noise of the world around you to become a little quieter.

Now imagine a beautiful, soft golden light beginning to surround you.

Warm. Gentle. Peaceful.

Allow it to move around your entire body, creating a space in which you feel safe, calm and held.

And now…

Hold me in your thoughts.

You do not need to imagine my face.

Simply think of me, Zowie, and invite me and my team in spirit to draw close.

Within this quiet space, I invite you to welcome the beautiful energy of Archangel Jophiel.

You may imagine a golden light growing a little brighter around you.

Perhaps you notice warmth, tingling, a colour, an image, a sudden thought or simply a feeling of peace.

Perhaps you notice nothing unusual at all.

That is perfectly okay.

Do not search for an experience.

Simply allow yourself to become still.

And now, within the quiet of your own mind, ask:

“Archangel Jophiel, help me see my life as it truly is, rather than only as I have learned to accept it.”

Be still.

Then ask:

“What am I continuing to tolerate that is quietly diminishing my happiness?”

Allow yourself a moment.

And finally…

“What would loving myself more honestly look like in my life today?”

Do not force an answer.

Perhaps something comes immediately.

Perhaps an emotion rises.

Perhaps you recognise a need you have been overlooking.

Or perhaps the understanding comes later, through an ordinary moment of reflection.

Whatever you experience, allow yourself to consider it gently, without rushing into decisions.

Because clarity does not always ask you to change your entire life today.

Sometimes it simply asks you to stop pretending that something doesn’t hurt.

🤍 YOUR ANGEL AFFIRMATION

I open my eyes to the truth of my life. I honour my worth, listen to my inner wisdom and welcome the courage to create a life that nourishes my soul.

When you are ready, take a beautiful breath.

Feel the surface beneath you.

Gently open your eyes.

And return to the present moment.
