Universal acceptance of “what is” in your life is part of lifes pie. 
It aids you to move forward.
This form of embracing the good with the bad and seeking out the joy of the moment will manifest new freedom of love and acceptance.
Today honour the right of everything and everyone to be as they are.
In other words, today allow things to unfold in your life.
Don’t sweat the small stuff.  It just doesn’t matter in the grand scheme.
Now, your humans mind shan’t agree nor acquiesce easily.  To aid you, today seek out Joy.
Create Joy in your day.  What shall this be…well how exciting already…make a plan.
Maybe you cook or bake, maybe you get out for a walk or exercise, maybe you sit and write all the wonderful things you have to be grateful for, maybe you dance it out, maybe you create a time and space to sit and read and have a lovely coffee…..
Maybe you play music which you loved as a child with parents…or grandparents….
The choices of Joy are endless. There is no limit on how much Joy you can pack in to the moments you have.

Let’s soar.  This is not about doing nor action nor task.
This is about freeing your human mind of thoughts.  Thoughts that restrict.  Thoughts that cast probable and predictable outcomes of events which have not occured.
When said so, sounds daft doesn’t it.  That we conjure an outcome of an event that hadn’t happened.  But do that we do.
And we are incredibly clever at conjuring, it was a gift the universe gave you all.  Gave us all. 
For we are simply energy.  Humans on this planet…spirits anywhere in the universe….objects, items, materials, technology….all just energy.
Plug one end in…other end gives the result.
So yes.  You conjure energy.  Your thoughts become things.  Maybe our explaination will help this to so sink in.
Free your mind. Trust yoursoul. Trust you and have faith in you. Allow your thoughts to soar.  Let the wind catch you and carry you to believe in the most delightful fulfilling outcome….
