I know many are sceptical…spiritual counselling …yeah right Zowie…guess work.

No..not the case.

There are many ways that the guidance isn’t guess work or can be flaky.

Some will find spirit and I walk around their house describing with what they see…how the room looks.

All of the time we describe what is occuring and why you seek guidance. We never ask.

Then there of course generally comes the future descriptions of events…times places and people.

Child you can lift you. Your place in this moment in emotions and feelings can be swayed. No matter where you sit.

If you choose to lift you…to raise your vibration…here is how.

Plan in something which simply excites you…a moment in which you enjoy.

This can be grand or small. Matters not.

A moment set aside for you…maybe an hour with an amazing drink of choice and a book… Maybe planning something to look forward to.. Maybe a walk..a bike ride…an ice cream near the beach… Maybe popping out for a mooch at the shops.. Maybe research or meandering online… Or…a parachute jump 🤣

Matters not what you choose…But that you choose it.

For me…I’m very excited having 3 spiritual counselling sessions with clients who I’ve read for many times before. A blessing and an honour that they return as and when they most need guidance.

Inspired by the bravery to reach out and trust another to see and guide, bringing spirit through on their behalf.

So today from their inspiring actions I too will reach out.
