Dear Sweet Friends 🤍✨

Some people stand with you in your darkest hour, while others quietly walk away. But there are a precious few who do something extraordinary.

They march towards you.

They don’t retreat when life becomes difficult. They don’t disappear when your light feels dimmed. Instead, they move closer, hold you tighter and remind you that you do not have to face every storm alone.

These are the rare souls whose love, loyalty and presence become even stronger through adversity.

But today’s Soul Guidance carries another message, and perhaps an even more important one.

Don’t simply spend your life hoping to find people who will march towards you.

Be someone who marches towards others. 🤍

Be the person who notices when someone is struggling, even when they say they’re fine.

Be the person who reaches out without waiting to be asked.

Be the person who offers kindness when life becomes uncomfortable, friendship when circumstances change, and love when someone feels least deserving of it.

Because sometimes the greatest expression of love isn’t standing beside someone when everything is wonderful.

It’s choosing to move closer when everything is falling apart.

And remember, Dear Friends, sometimes the smallest gesture of kindness can become someone’s greatest source of strength.

Dear Sweet Friends 🤍✨

IF THE WATERS ARE STILL MURKY, WAIT FOR THEM TO CLEAR.

Oh, Sweet Friends, how often do we feel compelled to find an answer, make a decision or understand something before we are truly ready?

We humans can be terribly impatient with uncertainty.

We want reassurance.

We want clarity.

We want to know what comes next.

And when the answers don’t arrive, we sometimes begin searching even harder, questioning everything and exhausting ourselves in the process.

But I want you to consider something today.

You cannot see clearly into water that is continually being disturbed.

The more you stir it, the more difficult it becomes to see what lies beneath.

And sometimes, Sweet Friends, our lives are rather like that.

Our emotions are heightened.

Our thoughts are racing.

Other people’s opinions are influencing our judgement.

And we become so desperate to understand what is happening that we forget the extraordinary value of simply allowing ourselves to become still.

Not every uncertainty requires an immediate decision.

Not every silence needs to be filled.

Not every delay means something has gone wrong.

And not every unanswered question is asking you to search harder.

Sometimes the wisest thing you can do is allow the waters to settle.

Because clarity often arrives when we stop demanding it.

Now, I am not suggesting that you ignore what needs your attention or remain indefinitely in circumstances that are hurting you.

There is a difference between allowing yourself time to understand something and avoiding a truth you already recognise.

But when you genuinely cannot see the way forward, perhaps you don’t need to force another step just yet.

Perhaps you need to give yourself permission to stand still long enough to see clearly.

But gradually, everything becomes still.

The ripples soften.

The sediment settles.

And the water begins to clear.

Now quietly ask yourself:

What am I trying too hard to understand or control?

What might become clearer if I allowed myself a little more time?

And perhaps most importantly…

Am I waiting for genuine clarity, or am I frightened of acting upon what I already know?

Allow whatever thoughts arise to pass through your awareness without judgement.

You do not have to resolve everything in this moment.

I release the need to force every answer. I welcome patience, clarity and the wisdom to recognise when it is time to wait and when it is time to move.
