Dear Sweet Friends,

Today, 10/10, I am inviting you to experience something rather special.

Not simply to read about spirit. Not simply to believe in something you cannot see.

But to explore what you may actually FEEL.

For those of you who have followed me for some time, you will know that I work with all of my spiritual senses. One of these is clairsentience — the ability to sense and feel energy, emotions and impressions beyond our ordinary physical awareness.

And today, I would love you to explore your own sensitivity.

✨ THE 10:10 CONNECTION ✨

First, I invite you to LIKE, COMMENT and SHARE this post.

For my spiritual practice, I treat your interaction as an invitation and permission to connect with you, while setting an intention of love and spiritual protection.

Now, find somewhere peaceful.

Allow your body to sink into the surface beneath you.

Gently bat those beautiful lashes shut.

Breathe in to the count of one and two…

And breathe out to the count of one and two…

Again.

Allow your shoulders to soften, your thoughts to quieten and your awareness to settle.

Now, hold ME in your thoughts.

You do not need to know what I look like.

You do not need to visualise my face.

Simply think of me.

Zowie. WalkswithSpirit.

And invite yourself to become aware of anything you notice as you sit with that thought.

Perhaps a warmth, a tingling, a sudden emotion, an image, a colour or an unexpected thought.

Perhaps nothing at all.

There is no right or wrong way to experience this.

I will be holding a loving intention for everyone joining me in this experience, alongside my spiritual team.

✨ AND HERE IS THE INTERESTING PART…

I don’t want you to tell me what you think you should experience.

I want you to tell me what you ACTUALLY experience.

Even if it seems strange, insignificant or makes absolutely no sense.

Sometimes the smallest impressions are the ones we overlook.

When you have finished, return to this post and tell me:

🤍 Did anything unexpectedly enter your thoughts?

🤍 Did you notice a colour, an image, a sensation or an emotion?

🤍 Or did you simply experience a beautiful moment of stillness?

You do not have to see spirit to begin exploring your connection with the unseen.

And you do not need to have experienced anything extraordinary for this moment to have been worthwhile.

Today, give yourself permission to be curious.

We are meant to outgrow people

Dear Sweet Friends, 🤍✨

You will outgrow people. You will outgrow places. You will even outgrow the human you once believed yourself to be.

Good.

You were always meant to.

I wrote these words many years ago, on this very date, the 9th of October. And today, I find myself returning to them.

Because the soul does not come into this human experience to remain unchanged.

You are not here to spend an entire lifetime being the person you were yesterday.

You are here to experience. To feel. To learn. To remember. To grow.

And sometimes, Sweet Friends, that growth will feel terribly uncomfortable.

You may no longer recognise yourself in the places you once belonged. Conversations that once fulfilled you may begin to feel empty. People you once felt inseparable from may no longer walk comfortably beside you.

Even your own thoughts, emotions and beliefs may begin to feel like clothes that no longer fit.

And the human ego?

Oh, it may weep with the greatest drama!

It will mourn familiarity. It will question change. It will convince you that leaving something behind must surely mean something has gone wrong.

But your soul knows differently.

Your soul understands that outgrowing is not necessarily rejection, failure or loss.

Sometimes it is simply evolution.

And not everyone you outgrow must be left behind. Sometimes relationships grow alongside us. Sometimes they change shape. And sometimes, with love, we must allow them to become part of our story rather than our future.

So please, do not be frightened when you feel yourself changing.

Do not make yourself smaller to fit into a life your soul has already begun to expand beyond.

And do not grieve every ending as though it were a mistake.

Shake the hand of outgrowth. Welcome it.

For sometimes, growing out is the very pathway through. ✨

They didn’t reject you…

🤍✨ Dear Sweet Friends ✨🤍

PLOT TWIST… WHAT IF THEY DIDN’T REJECT YOU? WHAT IF YOUR LIGHT SIMPLY EXPOSED SOMETHING THEY WEREN’T READY TO FACE?

Have you ever wondered why some people suddenly distance themselves from you, despite all the love, kindness and understanding you have offered?

Sometimes, it isn’t about something you have done wrong.

Sometimes your presence, your growth, your boundaries or simply the way you choose to live your life can bring another person’s unresolved feelings to the surface.

And not everyone is ready to look within.

But here is something I would love you to consider today…

You are not responsible for making yourself smaller so that somebody else can feel comfortable.

Nor must you spend your life trying to convince people of your worth.

Those who are meant to walk alongside you will not require you to extinguish your light.

And those who choose another path? Wish them love. Their journey belongs to them, just as yours belongs to you.

✨ TODAY’S SOUL QUESTION

Are you still seeking acceptance from someone who has already shown you they cannot meet you where you are?

Perhaps today is the day you give yourself permission to stop chasing their understanding.

I honour my light. I release the need for approval. I welcome connections that recognise and respect the person I am becoming.
