Then sit. Back straight, palms on the knees. A soft yet strong pose.  Bat the lashes shut.

Breathe in through the nose to the count of 4.  Hold the breath to the count of 4. Release the breath through the nose to the count of 4.  Repeat.

Keep repeating.  Taking grateful, thankful breaths.  Each breath reminding and embodying all you have to be so very grateful for.  Stay here.

Your body will begin to ….hum.  with energy in and around.  You’ll be vibrating at a much higher level.  This will alter the course of the day.

When feeling ready to leave.  Have an attentive and determined mind.  When ready take both hands up to chest height.  And click the fingers.  Like you do to favourite song.

Eyes open.

Now you are ready and protected for what lies ahead.
